This resolution takes effect immediately." Senator Thomas moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Coghill objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 21 Second Reading Amendment No. 1 YEAS: 16 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 4 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Menard, Meyer, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski Excused: Kookesh, McGuire, Olson, Paskvan and so, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21 am was before the Senate on final passage.
